I ordered one of these to treat the plantar fasciitis that still pains me in my right foot. It arrived today and I'm wearing it now. You're supposed to sleep with it on at night so the foot stays in a stretched position, allowing it to heal properly and more quickly. I'm skeptical that I'll be able to sleep with it on, but I've got to give it a try to get rid of this pain. It's been 5 months now that my foot has been hurting. I hope you have good luck with it, 5 months is way too long to be in such discomfort.
there are also socks that do the same thing or you could do surgery like me!! HA HA I know what you are feeling. Good luck,Edy
